Getting a one time code to open your lockbox:
1. Go to your SentriKey App and Select MENU bar on the top left hand of your screen (Three vertical lines)
2. Click "My lockboxes"
3. Click "Get one day Code"
4. Select your required lockbox
5. Select the date for the one day code
6. Click "Get one day Code"

Getting a code to Relase Lockbox Shackle:
1. Go to your SentriKey App and Select MENU bar on the top left hand of your screen (Three vertical lines)
2. Click "MY lockboxes"
3. Click "Release Shackle"
4. Select "Get shackle release code"
5. Select required lockbox
6. Select a date for the code
7. Click "Get shackle release code"
